What is DuraJamb?

DuraJamb is an innovative new approach to interior door framing using molded Vinyl doorjambs. The DuraJamb door framing system combines the features of ease-of-installation, superior durability, and quality appearance into a product that is cost-competitive to conventional wooden jambs.

The DuraJamb door frame is significantly simpler to install than conventional wooden jambs and the extruded, webbed Vinyl contruction adds unmatched durability without the susceptibility to dents, splits or the stripping of hinge screws often associated with jambs made of mdf or other composite wood materials. The single piece extrusion of the jamb, stop and trim molding also ensures a clean, straight, smooth appearance with each installation - without the need to putty or paint.

Preparation
Our doorjamb kit comes in two options: with door and without. Simply insert the connectors and place glue on the pieces. Watch Video

Installation
Installation is a snap. Just slide the top of the jamb in place, attach the side pieces, level, attached door.. and you are done! Watch Video

Finishing
DuraJamb is made of durable vinyl, so you can paint it just like wood or leave it factory white. Watch Video
